Its soft, white dough is paired with a piping bag filled with luxurious pistachio spread, paying tribute to the rich heritage of Sicily and the art of pastry making, while celebrating the unique and prized raw ingredient: pistachios. Beyond its exceptional flavour and vibrant colour, the pistachio is renowned for its energy-boosting benefits, packed with calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and various vitamins. This Panettone's exceptional softness is a result of a slow, natural fermentation process that lasts over 60 hours, using a sourdough starter. The ingredients are meticulously selected for their high quality, with each raw material undergoing rigorous checks. The preparation process involves four phases of kneading, spanning over 72 hours. As an artisanal product, it is packaged in a protective atmosphere to maintain its freshness.
